Bauer media retain the rights in the Uk and Europe to continue broadcasting Kerrang. Box plus network owns Kerrang! Tv Bauer media group owns Kerrang! Radio Box plus network own Kerrang! It appeals to both due to the fact adults get glimpses of their childhood when watching the films and joyous memories are brought back in to their mind when watching their film and children enjoy the entertainment of the film and seeing things they enjoy on screen.  This audience rating tells us that many more males rated the film then females and the overall highest rating was given by 18-29 year olds. 81% of the audience was composed of families.
